Well here you go! A quick video snapshot of what has been going on during the month of June in Ventura real estate.
Comparable to 2019:
We have seen a 70% decrease in available listings.
The Median list price is up 25%
Homes days on market has decreased by 3%
Least expensive listing is up by 10%
Most expensive listing is down 53%
Average price per square ft is up by 34%
As you can see, inventory is still low in Ventura, and prices are holding and homes are selling quickly.
