Well here you go! A quick video snapshot of what has been going on during the month of June in Simi Valley real estate.





Comparable to 2019:

We have seen a 65% decrease in available listings.

The Median list price is up 5%

Homes average days on market has increased by 73%

Least expensive listing is up by 29%

Most expensive listing is up 7%

Average price per square ft is up by 27%


As you can see, inventory in Simi Valley is still low, and prices are holding but it is taking a bit longer for homes to sell.
