Comparable to 2019:

We have seen a 68% decrease in available listings.

The Median list price is up 6%

Homes average days on market has increased by 63%

Least expensive listing is up 9%

Most expensive listing is up 59%

Average price per square ft is up by 13%

As you can see, inventory is still low in Camarillo, and prices are holding but homes are sitting on the market a bit longer.
