     a contractor installed the matte black fixtures, the lighting under the cabinets, and lighting underneath the arched kitchen cooking area.  All of the drawers are soft closed drawers.  The countertops are quartz, the tile backsplash are handmade ceramic tiles (and we have some left over for new owner) and the custom made open shelving was installed to let more light in.  Appliances include Kitchen Aid dishwasher & oven/range & decorative stainless steel hood. The laundry room is off the kitchen.

• In 2014  all of the hardscape and the front fence doors and west side gate were installed. Vinyl wood fencing, by a local craftsman. The steps decorative walkway were designed by owners and installed by local landscaper Scarlett Landscaping. 

• Added the Vinyl topper around the two sides of the fence line sometime in 2017, for more privacy.

• In 2015 we had a gas line installed in the backyard by a plumber and owner designed and had the firebowl custom made with glass & rock.
