  • The work done on the home was done by licensed local and bonded contractors. In 2013 the entire house was remodeled down to the studs. All new walls, floors, kitchen was enlarged master bathroom we believe was added at that time….literally everything below the attic was brand new.  The house was like buying a brand new house though it was built Mid Century.

The laundry room is off the kitchen.

  • In 2014  all of the hardscape and the front fence doors and west side gate were installed. Vinyl wood fencing, by a local craftsman. The steps decorative walkway were designed by owners and installed by local landscaper Scarlett Landscaping. 

  • Added the Vinyl topper around the two sides of the fence line sometime in 2017, for more privacy.

  • In 2015 we had a gas line installed in the backyard by a plumber and owner designed and had the firebowl custom made with glass & rock.

  • The roof was also done in the first remodel in early 2013, and rain gutters added that fall​

  • Water heat replaced in 2013
