About Mike Gratland
I was born locally in Southern California, spent 2 years in Alaska and have lived in the Conejo Valley for 13 years. I have been married to my wife Marie for 17 years and we have 5 children whom she is home schooling. My family has been a major factor in my success. They are tremendously supportive. They are the reason I work so hard, and the reason I take time off!
On days off I enjoy fishing, mountain bike riding, playing baseball with my kids or anything else they are into currently. I am also a private pilot, so I like to take day trips with my wife…when we can find someone to watch 5 kids!
About Jan Bigotti
25 years in residential real esate, specializing in the Conejo and Santa Rosa Valley. strong background in relocating corporate clients. Has been a consistent top producer. Bigotti specializes in representing both buyers and selllers in the communities of Camarillo, Spanish Hills, Santa Rosa Valley and the Somis area.
A graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Special Education, Bigotti has done extensive work with severely disabled adults and children as a pre-vocational trainer. She and her husband, Richard have resided in the Sata Rosa Valley since 1986. Together they have four adult children and five grandchildren.
An avid horse enthusiast and hiker Bigotti enjoys the outdoors and being with friends and family.
About Eric Rector
Eric brings a wealth of experience, including 8 years with Troop Real Estate. He is a past "President's Club" Award winner with $11,000,000 in sales in a single year. "Goal" Award winner 8 years in a row and an 18 year area resident who has become very knowledgeable with our communities. He is a very active and enthusiastic participant in many community and sports activities.

We work closely with homeowners to maximize the home’s value and provide aggressive marketing. The days of inputting a home into the local MLS system, running some newspaper ads and sitting back waiting for our phone to ring are over. Therefore we take a very active approach to get your home sold.
Our goal is to represent our clients faithfully and sell the property quickly at the highest possible price and best terms.
When working with Buyers, We believe any agent can show property. What sets us apart is our thorough knowledge of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement, which allows us to negotiate the lowest possible price and best terms for my clients.
